While attending a massage therapy school at 19 years old, one of Amanda’s classmates was a yoga teacher and asked her to come to a class. After attending her first one hour yoga class, Amanda’s life changed. Immediately feeling the benefits after walking outside the yoga studio, she knew it was something she wanted to keep apart of her life forever. Fast forward 10 years, she has travelled the world teaching and learning about yoga and meditation. She’s done silent retreats, lived in ashrams and monasteries and published a book on Amazon called “Falling Mangoes”. Her classes are chill and she hopes to bring you closer to your heart by deepening the relationship you have with yourself on and off the mat through mindful breathing and awesome asanas!
