Anne Parr has been a staple in the fitness industry for 37 years and she has yet to slow down! Starting her career at the college, the university and community recreation, her roots lay in aquatic training. Anne swaps between the two now, land and aquatic fitness. An avid fisher, swimmer, like cycling, hiking, gardener, wife, sewer, mother and grandmother, she is constantly on the go and will have you constantly on the go in your class! Expect a complete class; a warm-up, cardio, cool-down and relaxation. Anne is a functional and well-rounded teacher, who desires to meet the needs of her students in a safe and motivational way.

Anne teaches Ergonomic Yoga and 55+ Fit For Life, and you’ll recognize her social and spirited self around The Bodymind Centre in between classes.
