Kimberly’s classes are fun and accessible for all body types. Teaching both energetic and challenging flows as well as calming gentle, yin, and restorative classes, she focuses on a mindful awareness of sensation and breath throughout her classes. Whether you are a first time yogi or a seasoned practitioner, Kimberly will guide you through your practice with thoughtful cues to challenge both your mind and your body. Students of all ages and abilities love Kimberly’s raw honesty— she will be the first to admit that she really hates pigeon— as well as her encouragement to move only in ways that suit each individual body.
