As a runner, cross country skier and high school teacher, I have been using yoga to strengthen, stretch and relax for years. In 2015, I completed my 200 HR Yoga Teacher Certification in Hatha Teacher Training in the Himalayan Tradition at the Replenish Yoga Studio in Minnesota. This training heightened my awareness of how a mindful practice can bring benefits on and off the mat. My classes incorporate yoga concepts to take off the mat, as well as, way to appreciate where are bodies are ‘at’ when we do practice on the mat. I like to build in practices that become familiar and you can use when you practice on your own time
