Yoga helps to keep me healthy, balanced and connected. I have been a student of yoga for over 25 years. I can’t imagine my life without it. In my classes we will explore functional, controlled range of motion in our own bodies. Using safe, slow movements and breath awareness to gain and maintain strength, balance and flexibility. Setting the intention of improving our mobility, our ease of movement, in whatever age or stage of life we are currently experiencing.
