Heather is a Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker.

Heather is a trauma informed therapist who has over 14 years of experience providing counselling to individuals and families who have been struggling with health-related anxiety and depression.

Heather has specialized training in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International. Her main area of focus is providing specialized services to women who are struggling with infertility, perinatal mood disorders, the adoption process, and infant loss. She also has experience in palliative care, grief and loss of a loved one, and helping those overcome health-related anxiety.

Heather completed her Master of Social Work degree at Lakehead University, and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Prior to opening her own practice, Heather worked in the health care field as a Hospital Social Worker.
