Here at The Bodymind Centre, our Signature Tea Blends have been a popular beverage amongst members, customers, staff and teachers! Following the popularity of our tea blends, we partnered with Kumbaya Kombucha to turn them into a Kombucha treat on tap exclusively sold here at The Bodymind Centre. Kombucha pairs perfectly with yoga – naturally effervescent, good for your digestive system and gut, tasty and hydrating.

Each blend is based in Ayurvedic roots and has multiple health benefits, physical and mental. Turmeric Thyme is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-microbial and anti-fungal; designed to keep your immune system working to its fullest potential. Passion is meant to nourish your heart and stimulate libido and creativity. Filled with bioflavonoids, antioxidants and Vitamin C; it will also strengthen your cardiovascular health. (Contains almonds) Strength is a non-caffeinated chai blend with healing properties, a protective tea against colds and viruses that is antioxidant rich, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial.

We sell the growlers for a $3 and $5 deposit, $5 for ½ litre fill and $10 for a litre fill. We also sell compostable single-use cups for $5.
